As the weather warms up, so do new projects. Clients are finding this is a great time to move forward with ideas that were on the back burner. I am working on content and marketing strategies for two new websites, plus a new invention.
Mariposa Labs in Garden City provides private label manufacturing for personal care products. They are using the opportunity of a slightly slower market to redo their website. Treasure Valley Refrigeration is a successful design/build company specializing in heating, cooling and refrigeration. They’ve never had a website, so this is a new process for them. Two different clients, different design teams, different processes. Could be an interesting case study down the road…
Can’t say much about the invention yet. Consumer product, green, saves water. I’m heading up the marketing / graphics / media side of this venture. Look for future posts. Best, KK

When you are the client,
do you like to be thought of like this?
No?… Neither do your clients. Many companies inadvertently skip the internal Q&A of “What do my prospects really want? Why should someone buy from me and not the next guy?” They miss connecting with their clients’ desires.
This workshop demonstrates the importance of client-centered communications. It builds on understanding branding, creating key messages, and delivering unique value. Then it drills down through the hierarchy of motivation to reach emotional and subconscious connections. Attendees will be given an opportunity to experience their business first-hand from this perspective and to develop their own Client Centered messages.
